Returned mail each day same time

I have a user that is not sending a message but, will get a delivery
notification each day at the same time about the same message.

This is a delivery status notification, automatically generated by MTA ...

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 4.4.1 Did not receive the expected protocol response.
Action: delayed
Status: 4.0.0

I have looked for Scheduled tasks, Scanned for virus and pests. Do not know
where to look next. Any ideas?

This is the mail server letting the user know that a previous message sent
has not been delivered yet. The mail server will eventually fail the
message for delivery once it hits the configured timeout period. Therefore
there is no action to be taken at the end users desktop as it is up to the
mail server gods to address if the end user contacts their corporate/isp
help desk.
