Hello,
I have a report that list all the type of pertsonnel I need for a task, eg 1
x tech 1 x stores 1 x driver.
The form is a continuous form and shows 3 records. When I open a report
based on the availability for each record in turn, I get the result for the
record selected.
This I think is because on he form , the recod set selected / active is
returned in the query as a parameter is set , eg =forms!tasking!serno which
when record 1 of the form is active /selected return the resuklt for that
selection.
But, if I want to know if the task can be completed in total, I have to run
a report for each trae/ post required.
Can I run the report to return all 3 trades above? If so how. I have tried
to lose focus by building a fielsd into the form header and getting that to
be the focus before running the report, but I still get only the active
record i the detail section of the form,
thank again.
