Returning an Age from a Birthdate field?

I have a table with a Birthdate field with date/time datatype. I need to have
a field in my query that will accept the actual age of the Participant.

Example..Birthdate field has participants birthmonth such as 11/12/1929. I
need a field in my query to show the actual ago of this participant. How do I
do this?

I dont see it. If it was the other one it will not apply to this question.
The scope of the project changed somewhat so the solution will be different.
