Returning to Home Page when selecting a page with grids

I have done all the tasks with regard to MSADC and still have the Database
Failed message in the Edit Site Tool. Whenever I click on the Tasks,
Projects or Manage Users I get redirected to the Home Page. When I click on
Resources I get an error message that there are either too many resources in
the database (which is not the case with 11 users) or the DSN is not correct.
We have verified the DSN is correct.

We are at a dead stand still.
