At the beginning of each month I receive a csv file that contains dat
about the growth patterns of a database from the previous 12 months.
need to chart the data but I don't want to recreate the workbook and th
chart every month. I'd like to be able to delete the data and import th
latest csv file but when I do this the chart doesn't recognize the ne
data, it just shows the previous information. For example -- old dat
was from May 2011 to April 2012. I delete that data and import new cs
file which contains data from June 2011 to May 2012 but the chart stil
shows May 2011 to April 2012.
I'm a novice when it comes to Excel so I'd be grateful for any help.
have seen loads of information on how to save the chart as a template
and how to make a dynamic chart but neither of those options will wor
for me. The Workbook Calculation Option is set to Automatic.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong
about the growth patterns of a database from the previous 12 months.
