Reusing Student/Teacher Office licenses

Hello.

I purchased the Student/Teacher 3-pak and installed on 3 PC's. I want to
reallocate one of the licenses to a different PC. How do I do this in a way
that is consistent with the license agreement and allows the newly installed
copy to get "genuine MS" updates?

Does MS even track this stuff on the Student/Teacher 3-paks?

REmove it from the machine that is no longer in use and install on the new
one. When prompted (if no internet activation is available) to activate by
phone, use the automated method to activate. I understand that a live
person will only be required in dicey situations, which yours probably does
not qualify as.
