Rev Bars w/o Track Changes

Is there a way to produce rev bars without using Track Changes? I’m not a
lawyer and would be happy to identify & mark the necessary parts of the
document and accept consequences for lack of accuracy. I just need to point
out to readers what sections have changed since the last episode. It’s also
necessary to remove all rev bars for a new episode.

If you can be satisfied with a bar that marks an entire paragraph, you could
use a left border. Otherwise you'll need to use drawing lines.
