Reveal Formatting in Publisher 2007

Word has a "Reveal Formatting" command to display each keyboard stroke in the
document. Does Publisher 2007 have a similar command to "Show all formatting
marks" in a text box?

It is the same icon as in Word. Look on the toolbar for the pilcrow sign ¶. It
will say Special Characters.

It was right in front of me. . . When the shortcut of " Ctrl / Shift / * "
did not work and I could not find it in the help menu, I began to think that
the functionality may have been removed.

It is ctrl+shift+y in Publisher.
