Revealing "hidden" rows in files

I need to use an Excel file which is basically used as a database, i.e. names and addresses. Some of the numbers on the rightare in blue and the jump, such as 64 followed by 67. How can I reveal the "hidden" numbers 65 and 66 and the data in them? When I print out labels, the data is revealed, but that's just annoying, if I can't see it in the database?

Select the numbers on the left side (the row numbers) by clicking on 64 and
dragging down to 67. Then in the format menu choose row-unhide.

Another possibility is that the AutoFilter is being used. If that's the case
Unhide will no display the hidden rows. Are there buttons on the right edge
of the cells containing the column captions?

If Bob G's suggestion doesn't cause the missing rows to appear try Data>
Filter> Show All or in the same place select AutoFilter to turn it off.
