Reverse engineer and connect indexes

I used the database tools and reverse engineered a complete database. Then I
only had one table that changed and tried to do just that table. It brought
the table in, but didn't connect the indexes or relationships. Is there a
way to do this with the tool?

I know whenever I have reverse engineered anything it asks right in the
wizard if i want to import indexes and foreign keys. Make sure you have
those checked off when you run the wizard.

It does ask to do this, but it doesn't connect the links to the other tables
when you insert the new table into the ones that were already there. I have
checked import imdexes and foreign keys
