reverse engineer has problem with oracle 10g

Looks like a bug in Visio 2003 Enterprise for architects.. even I was having
the same problem.. I had no other choice but to use Oracle Designer to
maintain my DB model. Thought Visio was the best to do that but it is not
compatible with Oracle 10g, has some problems need to be addressed.
