Reverse engineering from VC++ 6.0 - no diagram is generated

Hi,
I am trying to do reverse engineering from my VC++ project to Visio 2003
pro. After clicking the Reverse Engineer button in VC++, Visio opens and an
empty drawing, named as c++ project is created. But no classes in model
exist.
