reverse engineering operation failed

I'm trying to Reverse Engineer a Visual Basic Project in Visio for Enterprise
Architects, but when the information is being imported into Visio I get an
error with no reference number that just says, "reverse engineering operation
failed". I loaded Service Pack 2 but the problem still persists.

Any ideas?
