Reverse Engineering Table Notes/Descriptions

I have reversed engineered a SQL database, using Visio.
Everything works fine; I spent a few hours entering notes
on each table and columns. Now, I'm trying to update the
database with all the new descriptions. Problem.. the
notes are not being updated on SQL only physical changes
like setting a new primary key or changing a column
name. Question. how can I update SQL with the added
notes?
