I know it's possible because I'm looking at my old printed contacts/address
book here in my planner and the even pages are reversed. But for the life
of me, I can't figure out how to get it to do that again.
I have my contacts view as Detailed Address Card. I have the Page Setup as
Medium Booklet Style. I know the original Paper Type was Letter Sized so I
used 1/2 Sheet Booklet as the Paper Size (& chopped it later). That (old)
setup once produced pages where the Contact Index on the Side was on the Left
side of Odd pages and the Right side of Even pages.
But that doesn't seem to happen any more. Clicking "Reverse on Even Pages"
on the Header/Footer setup page only reverses the Header or Footer.
Right now the only thing I can think is that the Print Preview is actually
wrong when it shows the Contact Index on the right hand side of Even pages.
But that is unlikely.
It's also possible that I had a plug-in at the time of original printing.
I'm using Outlook 2003.
Take care,
Melody
