Reverse order

When I open up my Open Office Documents on one pc they
appear in reverse alphabetical order. I access the same
Office database from another pc and the documents appear
in normal alphabetical order. Would anybody know where to
correct this phenomenon? Thanks

When opening the dialogue box to select a file to open, at the top, right is
a button labelled "Commands & Settings". Click on this and you can choose
Ascending or Descending.
