reverse print issue

when ever the user prints a .tiff image it is coming out as a reverse image.
They are printing to an hp 4100 n printer. what settings need to be changed
to fix this. the .tiff images are opened up in Microsoft Office Picture
Manager. When I print the same document on a different computer/printer I
do not get this problem.

is only when she prints .tiff documents
they preview fine and everything else prints ok too
