Reversing posted time

I have a project in server that somehow got 2hrs/day into the Approved Time
Protected field thru 2010. I need to now reverse the time so that we dont
get sync messages.

What is the procedure to edit and reduce the time thru 2010 for this
resource by 2hrs/day?

Well, can one reverse actual updated time that has hit the Actual Work
Protected field?
