revert to default form

Hi,
We have a public folder that uses a custom task form which I have always
been able to see and use.Suddenly yesterday I noticed in viewing the folder
that the standard task form had begun to display. The default form message
class for the folder remains the custom form and even when creating a new
item the message class of the custom form is show, but the standard task
form displays. I do not have editing rights to that folder and have not
worked on it for some time. The fcorrect custom form displays on my
secretary's PC. The only thing I can think of is that I have recently
developed a new custom appointment form for another public folder and that
the cache has somehow become confused. Any thoughts on cause and solution?

Try clearing the forms cache: Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced
Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.

Thanks, When I logged on this morning the correct form reloaded so the clear
cache was not necessary.
