I didn't know that "revert to saved" meant MAC reopened a previously
saved document and dropped all the work I recently did. I think I just
lost a few hours of work.
I run MS Office 2004 for a MAC G4 10.3 OS
Here is what happened.
Saturday I opened WORD Document "FridaySave.doc".
I worked on it. Left my computer on. Had another couple of WORD docs
open.
I left and came back Sunday. Went to my finder and clicked on
FridaySave.doc. It asked me if I want to "revert to saved". I did, not
knowing I had not saved Saturday's work.
It opened and I saw none of my previous work from Saturday. I scrolled
down and then WROD crashed.
Is there a way to get my Saturday work back? Is this a temp file
somewhere?
