"Revert to the last saved version of the document"

I have a customer who is getting the "Revert to the last saved version of the
document" prompt every time she opens word. I've tried doing a repair on the
installation, reinstalling, uninstalling then reinstalling, and none of those
options have helped. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to kill this
error? I've run out of ideas.

Sorry, forgot this: Office 2000 (Word) with SP3

Could be one of the many issues caused by the Office Plug-in in Norton
AntiVirus.

Customer is using McAfee Virusscan. Does it with or without the av software
running.

I'd recommend giving the PC a clean up as it may just be an abandoned temp
