Using Review (track changes) in Word 2002 any way to show
ONLY the insertions and not the deletions as in older
versions?

Mike,

Press ALT+F11 (Opens the VBE)
Press CTRL+G (Opens the immediate window)
Paste the following line in the immediate window and press
enter:

Options.DeletedTextMark = wdDeletedTextMarkHidden

Finally
Close the VBE
