I print a word document in OneNote to review and anotate some part of it.
My question is : is it possible to build a list of hyperlinks to pages in a
way to have something like <ctrl>+Click in the Word summary ?

What version of OneNote are you using? OneNote 2007 does hyperlinks, yes.

thanks Ben
I use OneNote 2007.
My question is : is their some king of macro or addins that can buils a list
of hyperlinks to jump directly to the pages, given the fact that each page of
the document is a bloc in OneNote?

You could use OneNote tags to mark annotated parts. Afterwards you can
use the tag summery to enlist all of the tags. From the tag summary
toolbar, you can jump directly to the annotations. The summary is very
convenient and, because it's generated at the fly, is always up to
date.
