reviewing functions in Word

I have been using the review toolbar to edit documents in
Word 2002. Originally, the deletions were shown in
balloons to the right of the document. I understand this
is what is supposed to happen when 'Final Showing Markup'
is selected. However, suddenly it quit doing that and
all changes are now in text without any balloons. I
cannot get the balloons to come back. Please help.

The balloons are displayed on in Print Layout and Web Layout views, not in
Normal view, if that helps. Also, check the Track Changes tab of Tools |
Options to make sure that balloons haven't been disabled.
