Reviewing Task Bar

[JRS]

I receive documents from other people daily. Each time I
open one of them, the "reviewing" task bar is added to
the top of word. I can turn it off, by right-
click/uncheck, but how do I get this to STAY off unless
asked for?

Unfortunately, this is something that has to be handled from the sending
