Word 2002
The reviewing toolbar keeps coming back to haunt me. A couple weeks
ago, someone send me a document (just one) with revisions marked
using the Word features that mark them n9e.g. callouts) . I believe
that's what triggered it, but I am not sure. That document was a
one-shot deal. I never used reviewing before, and likely won't again.
I have no documents that use it.
When it first came up in that document, I removed it by a right-click
on the toolbar and shutting it off. Then it came back in another
document the next day. Shut it off again. A couple days later it was
back. I shut it off three or four times. Now it seems to have left
Word, but today I opened an Excel spreadsheet that I have been using
forever, and the reviewing toolbar was on.
I've never used reviewing in Excel... it seems like MS-office has some
switch turned on now and I can't shut it off.
Ideas ?
