revise a developed report

Many years ago, someone created a report for me in Access. I am needing to
edit this report and am not sure where I need to find how they did something.
This report prints a daily schedule of appointments. However, if there is a
key word of "off" in one of the fields then that entry does not print, and
prints all the others. I need to add other key words to this report, but I
do not know how they did this or where I need to look to make this change.

I hope this makes sense and someone can help me.

We know less than you do about how that was done!

You might be able to open the report's code module and check to see if the
code tests for "off"...

Or check the query that the report is based on. That is where I would
probably put that type of a filter.
