I have a document that uses track changes for revisions. Once all of the
changes are made, we accept the changes to produce the next document revision
level.
However, our contract document revision requirements dictate that we
indicate the paragraphs or sentences where the revisions have been made by
using the vertical bars in the margins.
Is there a way, either manual, or automatically, where these vertical bars
may be kept in place once the tracked changes have been accepted?
