It appears that my question re the RFCs that could have prevented millions
of machines from being infected and saved billions of dollars in costs to
repair the damange caused by those infestations has been accidentally
deleted.
So I will repeat it.
Has Microsoft ever corrected their design flaws in Outlook (or any other
MS email client) which prevents them from properly handling
cryptographically signed email per RFC 2015/3156?
If MS has not, has anyone else produced plugins for the MS clients which
do enable them to help stop the spread of mail-borne infestations instead
of providing the conduit for them?
TIA,
Joe Barr
