Ribbon Failure

I have entered all of the suggested examples of USysRibbons and programs
associated with it. I have turned on errors in Access 2007 options. I have
made the necessary changes to naming the ribbon in USysRibbons following all
examples. Nothing happens. I reopen the database and I receive no errors
and no changes to the ribbon. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you set the Ribbon property for the database?
