Ribbon icon size

I'd asked this before and the responses told me how to minimize/maximize the
ribbon (Cntl F1 or double-click) but that's not the issue.

I have an IBM TP thats docked with a 17" flat panel display at 1280/1024
resolucion. The icons on the ribbon are about 3 to 4 times the size I'd
expect, they're blurred and the ribbon takes up about 20%-25% of the screen.
Text in Outlook is at 10 pts but on the screen looks like about 18 or 20 pts.

I sent my frowns but haven't heard anything. Has anyone else experienced
this or know of a fix?

Sorry, I uninstalled on the machine I was having problems with. Fyi ...
there were problems in getting back to 2003 after the uninstall.

I've installed 2007 on my older IBM TP and it looks like I'd expect.
