Ribbon Not Loading

Hi,

I have a Word 2007 Add-in in beta test and at one (only) customer's site
they get an error message at start-up that simply says "Starting Without
Setting Ribbon" -- nothing about what the problem is. I have some tracing
going on and there are no errors reported in the trace log either. Any ideas
on how to proceed with tracking this down?
One more thing, the customUI xml data is parsed without complaint and the
AddIn OnStartupComplete event fires ok.

Oh NEVER MIND; it turns out the error message was from our own code, and now
that the location of the error has been found, it should be simple to correct
the problem.

sheesh.
