Faulting application winword.exe, version 9.0.0.3822,
faulting module ric645p.dll, version 0.3.0.0, fault
address 0x00015636

Hello has anyone come across this error. OS is XP Whats
causing it and how do you correct the problem.

Use Windows Search to look for ric645p.dll (Google doesn't turn up any
reference to this aside from your post, so it must be an obscure one). When
you find the file, right-click and choose Properties. With luck there will
be a Version tab from which you can glean some clue as to what hardware or
software the file is associated with, which will give you a better idea of
what to do next. For example, if it's a printer driver, then reinstalling
the printer might be called for.
