I have an active Infopath form that is using a rich text control box.
This form's data get's passed to a program that generates a pdf letter
based on the content. I am having issue with our rich text control not
passing the data if the user hits enter key. I would like to restrict
the user from doing this and it seemed like it would be easy to do by
changing properties of rich text control under the display tab and
basically uncheck all of the available formatting. Once I click apply
or ok the control appears to have been set but once I save and form and
go back to see what happens all of the formatting options are
available. When I go back in to design the form the checkboxes are
filled in again. This form is on a WSS site if that makes a difference.
I could just create a simple blank form with one richtext box control
and uncheck the formatting and it worked as expected - so I am not sure
why I cannot uncheck the existing form we have built. Any help would
really be appreciated. Thanks.
