Rich Text Box in Access form

Hello: I have an Access form that includes an ActiveX
Rich Text Box control (6.0 SP4). Works fine except when I
open the form the position of the textbox seems to be set
to the upper left hand corner of the form: In the design
the control is actually placed lower and to the right.
But if I minimize and then restore the form (with no event
procedures triggered) it then appears in the correct
location - wierd.

Any idea why this happens, or how to correct it?
