Rich Text Boxes

I have a form, with 8-views. I am trying to re-do the default form because
somehow it is really messed up. My 8-view form is NOT checked to open in a
browser or in InfoPath. When I add rich text boxes to the form, it sees them
as rich text boxes, but when I go into Preview Mode and attempt the enter
data into the rich text boxes, I do not get the rich text box tool-bar.

This is one of the things that is messed up on the original default form and
what has prompted me to re-do it. On the original form, I am also unable to
add tables.

Hi,
Go to the rich text box properties. Go to Display tab and verify whether the
Full rich text check box is checked or not? If it is unchecked then check it.
So that some toll bar options will be enabled.

Open Rich text box Properties.
Go to display Tab.
Select All check boxes under the "Available Formatting" option.
