Rich text control error

I have been trying to get this object to display scrollable content but on
opening the form I cannot get past this error:

"There is no object in this control."


There is then no rich text control object visible in form. The file
RICHTX32.OCX is in System32 and has been registered. It is also listed in
references.

What is causing this problem?
