Rich Text Control Not Growing?

I am using the Microsoft Rich Text Control 6.0 (SP4).
The problem I am having is the RTF Control on my report
Does NOT show up on the report preview...However it does
print. Even when it prints, the box will not expand to show all the text,
it appears to only show what the the box in design view is large
enough for.

I Have a form in which the Rich Text is entered, using the same control...it
scrolls and shows everything.

How can I?:
1. Make the RTF show contents in report preview.
2. Make the RTF expand as necessary to show all data.
