Rich text editor requiring Premium 2000

I upgraded to Office XP, yet when i try to use rich text
editors in several content management systems, they are
requesting files from my old Office Premium 2000 CD's. I
don't have these any more. I can keep cancelling out
until the prompt for the CD stops, but it is slowing down
my work.

Thoughts?
