Rich Textbox alternative

Now that the Rich Textbox is not supported in the newer versions of
Microsoft Office apps, is there an alternative to that control that
contains most, if not all, of the same properties and characteristics?
Nearly all my VBA projects contain that control and now they won't
work.

If you are referring to the security problem with this control in newer
Office versions then I have a control
that will solve it.
Let me know if you want the file and I can post off-list.

Yes, it is my understanding this is the result of tighter securities.
