Right Click Access to Macro Menu / Copy to clipboard

Hello,

I would like to make a Listbox that when I right click on
will have a "copy option" which if selected will copy the
contents of the listbox to the clipboard (perhaps comma
delimited).

This way I can filter the listbox which ever way and
quickly be able to paste it into an email.

Any ideas for making the right click part?
And any references for copying to the clipboard?
