right click and "add contact" does not appear

Hi
I was told that you can add a new contact in outlook by right clicking and
choose "Add contact". However, when I right click then "Add contact" is not
an option.
Can anyone tell me if I am misinformed or what to do?

Exactly what are you R clicking? Did you open the email first? You can't do
this from the Preview Pane in some versions of Outlook.
Beyond that, you'll need to provide a lot more information, like Outlook
version and how you configured the Outlook Address Book.
