Right click and menu disabled in Outlook--help

K

Kathy M

I am a very long time user of Outlook--have 2003 with Vista Ultimate. All of
a sudden the right click functionality is gone. I can't mark or unmark
messages, can't open a new message, can't move files/messages, can't
delete---can't do anything in the main section except double click and open a
message. Once a message is open, I can reply, delete, open a new message,
etc. But I still can't create new folders/move files, etc. Why is the right
click disabled? This is the only program where this is going on. I can't find
anything about this anywhere. Thank you. (e-mail address removed)

Check if your mouse is having the same problems in other programs. If it is,
try another mouse or reinstall your mouse software. Check Mouse Properties in
Control Panel for the proper settings.
