Right click embedded images in outlook 2007

Morning everyone,
I've just upgraded from outlook 2003 to 2007 and have noticed that I
can no longer right click images embedded in html messages to get a
"Save as" option. It only gives me the option to copy.

Does anyone know how to restore the old behaviour or have a good
workaround?

Thanks for the help which I have tried and it does work with attached
images in outlook 2007 running on XP.

The problem I still get is where the message is in html format with
images that are presumably hosted on the web somewhere.

I used to be able to right click any image in the preview pane and
save it away in outlook 2003.

Well, your question was about embedded images and not linked images ;-)

You can use another macro of mine for that;
