Right click error

Hi all,

I am experiencing this error whereby I have to right click two
times for the quick options menu to come out (cut, copy, paste
etc)instead of just right clicking once. I was using Office 2003 and
reverted back to Office 2000 but the same problem occurs. Can anyone
help me solve this problem?
