Right-click menu options have stopped working in Outlook - why?

All of a sudden i can't use right-click as short-cut to menu's, like
right-clicking a message subject and having option to flag it. This is only
occuring in Outlook. Anyone know why that might be?

No, but have you tried a Detect/Repair or Office Diagnostics, dpending on
version of outlook?

Thank you for that suggestion. I did go ahead and do the Detect/Repair but it
did not seem to have any effect. Also when I delete items from my calendar
(not by right-clicking because still can't do that), they still appear, but
when I then try to open it will say outlook can't open because the item can't
be found. Very strange.
