Hello Members,

Is there a way to "Add Additional Items" to the "Right Click Menu in Word
2007.
It is that small "small menu" that seems to magically open when you
"highlight a sentence

You mean the bar that "fades in" when you select text, then hover the mouse?

No, there's no way to manipulate that "Mini toolbar".

The context menu, the one you get by right-clicking the mouse on the
selection, is accessible via the CommandBars part of the Office object model,
just as in previous versions.
