Is there a way to customize the options that appear when
using the right mouse button in PC programs.

Hi Virginia,

It depends on what program you're in on how/if the
context (right click) menus can be modified.

For example, in Word, you can use
Tools=>Customize=>Toolbars and select the
[x] Shortcut menus choice.
