Right click on Back Button to function like Internet explorer.

What I mean by that is that if I want to go back 10 notes, I'd like to
be able to right click on the back button and then select the note I
want to travel back to!

Try it in IE now. :)

You can do that - there is a dropdown arrow to the right of the Forward and
Back buttons. Those buttons let you choose from the history of recently
browsed pages.

I'd say that the right-click feature in IE is wrong from a UI consistency
point of view. Right-click on a toolbar button has long been reserved for
changing which toolbars are viewed or for propery changes of the toolbars
themselves (try right-clicking on any other button in IE). OneNote is
correctly consistent in this area.
