I use Outlook 2007
If I select a file in (say My Computer - My docs etc) and right click >
Send to Mail recipient:-
If Outlook is already open this works fine
If Outlook is closed there will be no further action and Outlook will not
open.
I will not be able to open outlook in any form until I have done as detailed
below:
I have to then Open my Task manager, End the OUTLOOK.EXE process from
there (even though it does not appear to be open) and then open Outlook
conventionally.
The send will then work
This problem is fairly recent i.e things worked fine before.
SP2 has been installed and has made to difference to this problem
I have checked the task manager and OUTLOOK.EXE is not running when I try to
send a file from the right click.
Is there any experience with this one about.
Thanks
Sam
